Dave Hook is the consummate Project management professional. With over 26 years diversifi ed experience in the industry, Dave brings a working knowledge of construction strategies, policies and procedures to make the business function seamlessly between Contractor, Owner, Subcontractors and De-signers. A proven leader and problem solver, Mr. Hook brings excellent communication skills and the ability to complete projects at the highest quality level - within both allocated time schedules and anticipated budgets.

A licensed California General Contractor in his own right, Dave’s experience includes time as owner of his own fi rm and Superintendent / Project Manager for several wellknown fi rms including Walt Disney Imagineering and Freddie Mac Corp. He holds a B.A. in Construction Management from the University of Wisconsin and is proficient in AutoCAD software.
