Auto Repair to Auto-Cad in 5 weeks, 3 days! When Architects Tom Courtney and John Le needed their own new workspace they found the perfect building in less than perfect condition. The design was theirs – and the construction challenge was up to Race Point to convert this 5,000 sf open space to offices and facilities for 25 architects and their supporting staff.
