This house, designed by famed Architect Gerard Colcord built in 1951, was in original condition when Eric Shore bought it to restore and resell. His goal was to seamlessly update and upgrade the residence as if Colcord had designed it today. Eric kept all of the original personality and classic “Colcord” details while modifying and adding almost 3,000 square feet to the hom6e. The nearly one acre property was regraded and redesigned to fit today’s life style.
